- To change the skin of the car hit the ‘M’ key in your keyboard. The material editor will open; in here you will see several sample spheres with different materials on the top. On the lower half of the editor, are the parameters for each sample sphere. Make sure that the very first sphere is selected (top-left). This sphere is named “Multimaterial”; it looks like a sphere made up of different squares, almost as if it was tiled.
