Two more rounds of the portuguese championship ORW Classicos (TC-65) have gone by, and the going is getting tough. Estoril was not a kind track on the GhostSpeed Racing Team Jaguar – João Oliveira had some problems with tyres temperature, and Joao Barbosa was not able to race due to technical difficulties; still, João Oliveira got 2nd place on both races. Eduardo Henriques and JPC Barbosa had a hard time battling in the pack, but still managed to grab some valuable points for the GS Racing team.
The Varano event, last weekend, would not see Joao Barbosa on track, and João Oliveira had to struggle in a very tight track, where the Jaguar was not so agile and fast, still getting precious points that kept him at 1st place on the championship. Facing fierce competition, Eduardo Henriques and JPC Barbosa still managed to score.
With two events to go (four races) João Oliveira leads with 152 points, 26 up from 2nd; Joao Barbosa and Eduardo Henriques share 3rd place with 81 points, and JPC Barbosa struggles to stay on the top 10, at 9th place with 55 points.
GhostSpeed Racing Team leads with 233 points, and GS Racing is 4th with 136 points.
