No wins again, but more podiums for GhostSpeed

Yet no wins again, but GhostSpeed conquered more podiums at another round of the Portuguese Rally Championship. The team line up with the usual squad, but had a new member, Filipe Gonçalves, who raced at GhostSpeed Ralizeiros, also with an Impreza. At Rally Porto Moniz, the main WRC team didn’t scored any points, and lost therefore ground in the teams standings. The team WRC results were saved by A.Mascarenhas who finished 3rd overall.

At the second tarmac rally of the season, the WRC team saw both Sérgio Junior and Filipe Gonçalves withdraw, and Rui Almeida finishing, but out of points at 17th. A. Mascarenhas conquered is first podium of the season.

At the N4 field, it was a mixture of satisfaction and frustration, as although both racers managed to get into points, it wasn’t enough to reduce the gap at the teams standings. Vitor Barreto got the 3rd consecutive podium by finishing 2nd, and Marco Ribeiro finally got to the end, with the 4th position, only 2 seconds behind the third.
