The new Portuguese team in the World Championship contracted Dutch driver Stéphane Rouault (20) on a loan base for the full season of Dutch team Roald Racing. With lot of hard negotiation behind the scenes with Déthan Rootring (team manager GhostSpeed Racing Team), Roald Reurink (team manager Roaldo Racing) and Pedro Rodrigues (team owner GhostSpeed Racing Team) the deal was finally made and we will see Stéphane in the Ghost-car the rest of the 2007 season!

At the beginning of the season we wanted to go for the Ace-championship, but after the first race Stéphane told the team that is was impossible to continue because of the race-time. It would interfere too much with his own personal life, so we decided to try to loan him out to a WC team. Althrough we make the competition stronger, it was not an option to not let him race for a season. So I want to thank GhostSpeed Racing Team for agreeing with the terms, closing the deal and let Stéphane drive in your car. Stéphane Rouault reaction: "I'm really excited about this loan. Afer 3 races in the World Series I made my debut in World Championship last race at Bahrain. It was great to race with all those great drivers. It's really tough competition. I want to thank Roald and both Pedro and Dethan for giving me this opportunity to drive the rest of the season with GS. I know they worked hard behind the scenes to make this possible. I'm really looking forward to next race in Melbourne, it's one of my favourite tracks. I hope to do well there too, top 8 in both race and qualification would satisfy me."
