Stephane Rouault and Blair Disley were the ones charging for the team at the World Championship, and in the World Series Ace, Rickard Hellsten, Joao Barbosa and Emre Uysal took over GhostSpeed Cars.
After these results, GhostSpeed still managed to keep Top 5 in the teams Standings.
On the World Championship, it was a little bit more of the same, but this time with both drivers making an excellent qualification, and getting themselves into points positions.
Blair Disley made a magnificent qualification my getting himself into P4, which is the team's best qualification position in the World Championship. Stephane Rouault was a few position, in P7, placing himself also in a very good starting position.
In race, and after a start no so good, they found themselves fighting outside points positions. Rouault with a car hard to control and Disley more heavier, almost compromised the race of both. They had similar pace, something not strange this season, and it would only in the end that they would get into points positions. It was the first time that GhostSpeed managed to get both cars into points.
The season is almost over, and there's little to decide for the team or it's driver's in both leagues and championships, but GhostSpeed is still motivated to get the best possible result in two weeks time for the Brazilian Grand Prix.
Stephane Rouault, (NL) 8th, World Championship race comments:
"This was probably the hardest race ive ever done. It was a struggle keeping the car on track. let alone making good lap times. This was due to the tyre wear, thats what im guessing at least. Im just glad that I had finished the race and that I scored a point. My final stint was my best, the car felt much better, and i could attack. I wanna congratulate Bruno with a great win once more, and Blair for a good weekend overall."
