Endurance racing got back on track, and debuting a year of hours racing among European best tracks, GhostSpeed Racing Team won the the inaugural round of the Online Racing World 2009 Le Mans series. The first round at Barcelona, didn’t count with many entry racers, but had nevertheless a tough competition on grid. João Barbosa and João Oliveira took the GS-AR10-OF around the Spanish track for about 116 laps.
The team finished in front of strong runners of Sinergia Team, with an advantage of little more than 10 seconds. Completing the podium came the Evolution Racing Team. With no more cars in other categories the Barcelona history is now closed, and its time to go to Spa-Francorchamps where the 2nd round will take place on thye 2th of February.
