The first GhostSpeed Bullrun 1000 participation has been disputed, and altough the team fought a good race, the final result would be a good second place. Rickard Hellsten and Andras Kiraly where the players on charge, and for a moment in the race, On the GS Corvette powered car, Rickard Hellsten started the race, leaded for a couple of laps, before having to pass earlier the car to driver Andras Kiraly. The Dutch driver had to do a tremendous effort and drove for almost four hours.
On his stint he leaded half his laps, but the price of this effort showed up in the end, with RC motorsports passing by with a fresher driver. Andras would still finish just seven seconds behind the race winner.
It was a troubled organized race, with restarts in the middle, and this podium position can be considered a good final position on the oldest SimRacing Endurance Classic race. GhostSpeed gets also this way his name on another great international competition.
The race would be won by RC Motorsports, with Scuderia Bollesnegro finishing third. Both are also regular players at SSCA.
